Claims settlements related any client property they own or any accidents
In this role, you will be managing workflow process and inventory handle policy maintenance inclusive of, contract amendments, customer & policy maintenance, broker of record changes. You will be managing terminations as needed in internal systems issuance of policy certificates to agents within desired timelines for Property, Auto, Workers Comp, Inland Marine, Travel and Marine Insurance (Commercial & Personal lines in the English Language)
What are we looking for? •Strong Domian knowledge on UK Property & Casualty Motor Insurance claims(WFO) is Mandatory and should have handled UK clients.
• Daily Management of Operations
• Planning – Plan on the Daily activities of all the worklist received and ensure all the cases are been assigned/completed within the defined timelines
• Staffing – Staff scheduling for WFO to be agreed and shared with the group on a daily basis
• Team Meeting – New Scenarios to be discussed and relevant documents been updated on a daily basis
• Call & Data Audits
• Open and Closed File review closures
Workflow Management :
• Allocation – All the relevant work received has been completed within the defined timelines
• Documentation – Connect with the team members on their performance and ensure the same is documented
• Tracking - Track all worklist items until closure and ensure feedbacks are incorporated
• Monitoring claims technical KPIs, KSMs and CSMs
• Payments approvals
• Quarterly Business reviews to be completed on a Monthly basis
• Claim Denials
Others :
• Complaints management & Escalation handling
• Reporting
• Driving projects and initiatives with client and ACC internal
• IT related escalations and issues
• Risk management
• Portfolio management
P & C Insurance, CII, III certification
Roles and Responsibilities: •In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of moderately complex problems
• May create new solutions, leveraging and, where needed, adapting existing methods and procedures
• The person would require understanding of the strategic direction set by senior management as it relates to team goals
• Primary upward interaction is with direct supervisor
• May interact with peers and/or management levels at a client and/or within Accenture
• Guidance would be provided when determining methods and procedures on new assignments
• Decisions made by you will often impact the team in which they reside
• Individual would manage small teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture
• Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shifts
