THE ROLE:

The Operations Support Supervisor will be responsible for supervising the execution of their respective process, ensuring that the process is aligned to the needs of the business, that we drive consistency of the process, and that we measure the performance of the given process.

This role will also:
• Supervise their respective shared services process team
• Assumes full People Leadership Responsibilities inclusive of: Time & Attendance Management, Recruiting, Team 
Development & Effectiveness, & Employee Engagement and Creating a Positive Employee Experience
• Strong collaboration with manager and business partners to understand the impact of their respective process on all 
business units
• Assists in documenting processes and helps identify staff training needs 
• Monitors performance metrics outlined for each process and that performance for their is measured and reported on
• Supports improving performance in relation to performance metrics, as well as process improvement
• Aides the education of business partners and customers on the impacts between business processes and business activities 
• Collaborates across business processes and business segments to ensure alignment of processes to best practices
• Performs and audits necessary DOA

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform the job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

• Take care of internal and external customer needs and expectations
• Identify and raise awareness towards process gaps to enable efficiency & effectiveness
• Ensure adherence to a set of quality standards and deliver the best possible customer experience
• Challenge the status quo, analyze processes and assess potential to apply innovative enhancements
• Models and enables developmental support of High Impact Behaviors for direct reports
• Operational support management; autonomy to make decisions that impact team within divisional/department span of 
control
• Task execution for area of responsibility up to levels defined in Xylem’s DOA policy (can be approver of approver)
• Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and personal excellence
• Work constructively with other functional areas throughout the organization, such as training, field service, and recruiting, to 
share ideas and leverage best practices
• Demonstrates leadership behaviors of candid communication, collaboration, developing people, embracing DEI and 
innovation

Salary range:

$62,000.00 - $99,000.00
