The Glass/ERS unit is seeking a strong leader who is committed to driving results for our department through consistent coaching and motivating associates. The ideal candidate is skilled in the ability to drive results and manage change through fostering a positive team environment with support and accountability. Demonstrated ability to manage in phone environment and proven and demonstrated analytical skills and time management a must.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Lead, coach, and motivate a team of dispatch associates to meet or exceed performance goals and department objectives.
  • Foster a positive, supportive, and accountable work environment that encourages growth, productivity, and high engagement.
  • Use proven analytical skills to monitor performance metrics, identify trends, and implement strategies to improve overall results.
  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to team members, helping them to reach their full potential.
  • Manage daily dispatch operations, ensuring timely and effective service delivery to customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive results and ensure smooth department operations.
  • Adapt quickly to changes and ensure the team is aligned with any new processes or objectives.

 

Qualification:

  •  1-3 years of leadership experience, preferably in dispatch or contact center settings.
  • Proven experience in driving results and managing direct and indirect reports in a fast-paced, customer service-driven environment.
  • Strong coaching and motivational skills with a demonstrated ability to foster a positive, accountable work culture.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • In office role with flexibility to work rotational on call weekends and adjust to business needs.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
