Line Manager- Operations -Applications Tools and LCM Support team
Sucefssull candidate will manage team and support area manger in operational tasks.
Your responsibilities:
Leading the operations team, responsible for application operation and maintenance, system releases, application upgrades, operational process development, quality assurance and implementation of new development project capabilities in production.
Overall responsible for coordinating the rollout of complex functionality to global sites through planned system releases.
Be responsible for driving the development of system release processes, testing strategies and standards.
Implement company global vision on department level in accordance with business targets.
Define annual budget and development plans.
Promote the work with Health and Safety.
Continually follow-up and improve processes, policies and procedures
Building and developing the team and the individuals in it by managing employee training and development initiatives, as well as providing strategic direction, leadership, and coordination of the function.
Providing insight and managing priorities for the team while ensuring activities performance and quality goals.
Taking a proactive approach and actively participate in recruiting activities.
Planning for project staffing and adjusting it according to business needs, as well as planning for both short-term and more strategic long-term changes in the team structure.
Managing employee relations, developing, and executing employee engagement initiatives to foster a sense of community among employees.
Partnering with the management team to develop, improve, and implement strategic people management initiatives and ensuring processes are in place to capture and share best practices and operational experiences.
Collaborate cross-functional with other teams to ensure implementations meets customer requirements.
Planning and driving operational management team meetings and technical meetings.
Your background:
You have documented experience working in IS/IT/ PLM system operations organizations and have a good understanding of IT operations and Product Lifecycle Management practices. You have experience with complex Product Lifecycle Management Systems, especially Teamcenter applications related to Engineering and a general understanding of Software Lifecycle Processes, end user support and process documentation.
Experience as a people manager, or other relevant leadership experience with personnel responsibility.
Knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems.
Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment methodologies.
Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
Other experience in relevant area such as talent management, employee relations, human re-sources, team leading, company founding, start-up or scale-up, business administration, change management, process development, organizational management, staffing, business development, performance management, and/or similar.
You have strong communication, social, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relation-ships with employees and management.
Fluency in English, fluency in Swedish is qualifying.
Knowledge of ITIL Best practices.
