About the role:
Madison Logic is powering the global digital transformation in B2B Marketing. We are looking for an innovative and experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in building scalable applications and systems using cutting edge technologies. Success in this role requires a strong engineering background with a track record for driving successful delivery across a multi-discipline ecosystem.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, this individual will contribute to Madison Logic’s engineering strategy, mentoring and scaling the engineering team, adhering to process, and working collaboratively across the organisation. In this role, you will be responsible for adopting new tools, processes, establishing roadmaps and strategies and providing executive updates. This leader will work closely with the Director of Engineering to develop a comprehensive product engineering roadmap focused on automation and enhancing the capabilities of our products.
