The Brand Manager Benelux is responsible for ensuring branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns, in line with the existing guidelines.

Your Role and Responsibilities:

  • Leading local CRM programs; develop innovative programs and initiatives leading to greater patient intimacy and loyalty/retention.

  • Support the Marketing team to develop cost-effective communication, acquisition, and retention programs leveraging existing assets, such as databases.

  • Responsible for ATL campaigns.

  • Responsible for the digital marketing strategy and developing digital marketing plans.

  • Be part of the respective EMEA & Global groups/forums to ensure local insights and learnings are shared and used to improve the offered solutions and assets.

  • Experience with and an understanding of market research, and translate the outcome of Market research into concrete customer-related initiatives.

  • Achieve annual organizational goals of product sales and market share growth, within allocated budgets.

  • Define the product strategy and roadmap in alignment and collaboration with management.

  • Design and execute promotional activities.

  • Drive motivation of the sales force towards brand aspiration.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in management, or marketing or equivalent by experience.

  • Previous experience in the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry in a marketing and/or sales function.

  • Brand management experience background including multichannel and digital.

  • Fluent in English, French and/or Dutch.

  • Creative, critical thinker.

  • Analytical, autonomous, stress resistant.
