A healthier future. It’s what drives us to innovate. To continuously advance science and ensure everyone has access to the healthcare they need today and for generations to come. Creating a world where we all have more time with the people we love. That’s what makes us Roche.
This role is part of the Integrated Workforce Strategies Chapter within the People & Culture organization. Our purpose is to enable the business to achieve its ambitious goals while anticipating and adapting to a rapidly changing environment. We elevate the way leaders shape our future workforce by providing data-driven, skills-based workforce planning solutions to the business, such as Strategic Workforce Planning. We are also developing Roche-wide innovative frameworks to support closing our gaps (e.g. borrowing skills by leveraging external partners, bridging skill gaps by flowing skills to the most impactful work). Shaping new planning solutions, creating insights and automating processes as well as working with cross-functional partners offers you great learning opportunities.
As an intern in the Workforce Optimization team for a 6-month period, your main focus will be learning about External Workforce Management at Roche globally and innovative concepts to manage the external workforce lifecycle process, while deploying solutions to support workforce strategies.
You will analyze data, generate reports and insights, prepare presentations and drive data-driven recommendations for decision making related to the External Workforce at Roche. You will also contribute to the automation of our analytics and implement innovative ideas to create efficiencies in our data & insights world.
