Intern, Human Resource

Duration: 6 months (Jul-Dec 2026)
Location: Bangalore

Position summary:


This internship provides exposure to People services by supporting daily administrative, operational & project-based tasks at Rolls-Royce. You’ll gain exposure to key areas such as HR processes, policies and best practices while contributing to overall HR efficiency. You’ll also collaborate with cross-functional teams and develop practical skills in HR operations while working with a high volume fast paced environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Managing HR cases/calls/webchats and dealing with customer issues from engagement through to resolution
  • Process HR transactions across areas such as employee onboarding, data management, payroll inputs, leave management and exit formalities
  • Monitor, track and close HR service requests in line with the SLA’s
  • Maintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR systems
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.
  • Consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customer
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, labour laws and data protection guidelines
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to resolve escalations

Who we’re looking for: 

  • Bachelor’s degree/ master’s degree in human resources / business administration, Commerce or related field.
  • Good Knowledge of MS Office/Google workspace.
  • Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriately.
  • Ability to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarity.
  • Ability to work with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrity.
  • Positive attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
