As a Project Manager in the Business Operations team, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing the logistics processes for hardware components across various projects. Your expertise will ensure timely delivery and efficient coordination of supply chain activities, directly impacting the success of our cutting-edge AI initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Coordinating Supply Chain Activities: Manage logistics processes to ensure timely delivery and track hardware needs for multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with allocation and demand planning teams, as well as OEMs and sales teams to align purchase orders with the Bill of Materials (BOM).

  • Engineering Support: Partner with engineering teams to understand BOM requirements and ensure alignment with purchase orders.

  • Deployment Coordination: Maintain updates on material availability for deployment and installation in AI factories.

  • Logistics Solutions: Design and implement logistics strategies for end-to-end optimization in the deployment of AI factories.

What We Need to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)

  • 5+ years overall experience and 4+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, particularly related to hardware components.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Excellent communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and external partners.

  • Familiarity with BOM processes and procurement practices.

  • Experience working with AI or technology-focused industries, particularly in hardware logistics.

  • Demonstrated ability to design innovative logistics solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

  • Knowledge of visualization and data analytics tools.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing logistical challenges.

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 143,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
