As part of Carelon Behavioral Health’s Clinical Operations team this position is responsible for working with management, the team and matrix partners to identify and implement varied projects, programs and plans that support achievement of business unit and enterprise goals. This individual contributor will work closely with Staff VP of Clinical and their leadership team to ensure efficient and effective operations.
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (in office 2-3 days per week) and must live within 50 miles of one of our Pulse Point office locations in Massachusetts or Rhode Island.
How will you make an impact:
Working within PowerBI, Workday, and other systems to compile & interpret data to inform decision making
Create visually appealing PowerPoint presentations and templates that effectively communicate key messages and data insights for a wide variety of audiences
Utilize advanced Excel skills to merge and compare large data sets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Manage and optimize the use of collaborative tools such as Teams to enhance team productivity and maintain a repository of team artifacts
Oversees governance of requests ensure completeness of requests, & status tracking and reporting
Ensure effective communication and organization within the team.
Develop and maintain processes to ensure documentation accuracy.
Maintain repository of documentation for operations
Collecting information from multiple stakeholders and synthesizing it in an organized / succinct fashion.
Identifies potential issues, project charge, and scope.
Leads efforts to identify best practices
Identifies impacted parties, business partners, and resources required.
Develops and designs processes and systems that support business needs.
Designs methods for integrating function and process
Conducts cost/benefit analyses.
Builds support for business change throughout the business unit.
Minimum requirements:
Requires a BA/BS in a related field and minimum of 5 years process or project related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences:
Experience in successfully developing and managing projects with significant operating budget and knowledge of process redesign is strongly preferred.
Healthcare background and/or BH experience.
Advance Excel and MS Teams skills.
Intermediate Word and PowerPoint skills.
