*Jr Payroll Analyst– DXC Technology – 100% Remote *

About this role

In this position you will be responding tickets and chats from DXC employees about payroll related issues or doubts from Canada, USA and LATAM.

What You’ll do:

  • Processing and responsibility for correct and timely payroll calculation in accordance to legal requirements and all labor law requirements and company agreements
  • Active support of employees, their managers and clients in areas of Payroll service (CRC, email) in regards to income tax, social security and all others inquires that belong to Payroll operations aspects
  • Preparing ad hoc reports related to payroll process, analyzing them and giving appropriate expertise
  • Processing payroll transactions in accordance to the procedures and legal law requirements in the countries, that the service is providing for with the highest time and quality standards agreed with client
  • Resolving complex queries from the client and support in resolving escalations

Who you are:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Customer Support experience.
  • Payroll experience.
  • Good oral and written communication skills (Advanced English).
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Great management of computer skills.
