The Member Services Project Management team within AOL, works at the cross-section between technical execution and business strategy and partners closely with Marketing, Customer Support, Engineering and the Product teams. Being a Project Manager on the Member Services team means driving impact by delivering measurable results across a wide range of areas. You'll be responsible for defining and guiding high-level goals and roadmaps, monitoring and communicating progress, and identifying and defining new program areas that support our existing and new products.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Develop and implement new products and services by collaborating with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Legal, and Customer Service
Work with stakeholders to create comprehensive test plans, identifying operational integration needs and potential gaps for scaled support of new products and features
Use data-driven analytics to define business problems, prioritize solutions, and develop precise success metrics to measure project performance and align with team goals
Effectively manage complex projects from initial concept through global launch, focusing on scaling support and enhancing user experience
Provide proactive communication of project updates, launch dates, and potential stakeholder impacts
Create measurement and reporting frameworks to quantify the impact of launches, as well as monitor and analyze product and operational health metrics
Build and manage strategic relationships with key product partners and effectively influence cross-functional stakeholders
What we're looking for:
B.A. or B.S. degree (preferred but not required)
4+ years of experience in end-to-end project and program management, product, and/or operations.
Proven expertise in Agile project management methodologies and frameworks
Strategic communication and program management skills in collaboration across cross-functional teams.
Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities focused on building scalable solutions
Demonstrated track record of independent execution across competing priorities, with exceptional judgment and decision-making skills

The compensation for this position ranges from $80,625.00 - $168,125.00/yr and will vary depending on factors such as your location, skills and experience. The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of discretionary annual bonus or commissions, in addition to equity incentives.
