Keystone Human Services IT Department has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Project Manager.  This is a hybrid position, with requirement to be in the corporate office in Harrisburg, PA twice per month. 

Under general supervision, works with business and service line sponsors to ensure that small to moderate projects deliver expected business value and are considered successes.  Contributes to the body of knowledge of the Keystone Human Services (KHS) project management experience.  Facilitates excellent teamwork within project teams and with customer teams.

Specific position responsibilities include, but are not limited to
•    Change management of business, clinical, and/or technology projects by documenting customer processes being changed; facilitating redesign of processes and/or infrastructure; recommending changes to customer processes and/or infrastructure
•    Manages small projects and programs to ensure customer satisfaction, including satisfying the triple restraint of schedule/time, cost/resource, and scope/quality
•    Communicates progress to stakeholders and management 
•    Develops project charters, plans, estimates, and schedules; ensures work is completed and reports variances; assigns tasks to team and controls workloads; develops implementation, maintenance, and support plans; tracks issues and risks
•    Ensures that knowledge gained from project is shared in subsequent projects by ensuring complete project documentation; collecting data from project activity; facilitating team collaboration; ensuring lessons learned are captured and reused
•    Ensures quality of projects by adherence to structured project management methodology and correcting or elevating deviation from standards.
•    Provides after hours emergency support as requested and/or required
•    Participates in administrative staff meetings and attends other meetings as assigned

REQUIREMENTS
•    A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred. 
•    A minimum of four years of experience in the information technology field. 
•    Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to create, read, interpret, and apply written information.  
•    Ability to learn and apply advanced computer skills, including the use of Office Suite and the ability to learn, interpret, and implement new systems and applications.
•    Must possess a strong attention to detail and effective organizational and prioritization skills.
