Summary:

In this role, you will work directly with providers on key initiatives and operations, and anticipate the strategic needs of their accounts. You will leverage your depth of expertise to lead work efforts that drive provider value. You will provide insightful analytics and consulting advice and services that drive decision making.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a strategic advisor for providers to leverage Vizient / Sg2 analytic tools to help them with their strategic planning processes and day-to-day project work.
  • Lead projects that combine data from multiple sources to generate strategic insights and informed decision making.
  • Manage the work of large, cross-functional project teams and align resources to devise solutions to providers’ complex business problems.
  • Develop expertise in Sg2’s data, methodology, and metrics to identify strategic growth opportunities for members.
  • Identify opportunities for business development and work with client relations or sales team on proposal development.
  • Provide voice of the customer feedback to product management to continuously improve Sg2’s offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred. MHA or MBA a plus.
  • 7 or more years of relevant work experience in a hospital or healthcare consulting environment required.
  • Experience in strategic planning or business development in a hospital or healthcare system highly preferred.
  • Proven project management and account management skills preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferred.
  • Superior communication, attention to detail, and presentation skills preferred.
  • Willingness to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $117,600.00 to $194,200.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
