We are looking for People Executive to join our team, handling full recruitment process, from identifying hiring needs to sourcing and interviewing top talent. You'll also drive employer branding by creating engaging content showcasing AnyMind’s unique culture that aligns with our corporate brand and positions AnyMind as a top employer.
What You'll Do
Recruitment
- Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
- Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
- Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
- Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
- Assessing applicants' knowledge, skills, and experience to best suit open positions.
- Completing paperwork for new hires.
- Promoting the company's reputation and attractiveness as a good employment opportunity.
- Providing recruitment reports to team managers.
Culture & Employer Branding
- Drive AnyMind’s employer branding with engaging, authentic content, using platforms like TikTok and IG Reels.
- Create and maintain editorial calendars for Careers social media channels, aligned with the Corporate and Employer Brand Framework.
- Work with the Production team to bring creative ideas to life through social media content, ensuring alignment with brand and trends.
- Lead creative direction for photo and video shoots remotely, from concept to delivery within budget.
- Ensure all creative assets clearly communicate the AnyMind Employer brand story and message.
Who You Are
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or any other related courses.
- Open to fresh graduates, with a preference for those who have completed internships in HR.
- A human resources practitioner with good interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect people regarding all HR matters.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Attentive listener, understanding, empathetic and personable.
- Honest, ethical and dependable.
- Positive and go-getter attitude.
