WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Asia-Pacific Latin-America (APLA) is a multi-cultural, growth Geography that is seeking a Senior Business System Analyst (BSA) in our Pacific Territory with both functional finance & supply chain and technical expertise, able to align technology platforms and solutions with business operations through detailed analysis/process documentation resulting in the necessary insights, requirements and ultimately the delivery of solutions to serve our business and Nike Pacific Territory’s Corporate Functions & Supply Chain.

The BSA for SAP (Finance & Supply Chain) must have strong interpersonal skills to build strong partnerships with cross functional stakeholders.

Critical to this role is an understanding of the end-to-end Lifecycle of the products, obsessing over how products are performing in production and working closely with our global Production Support organizations as well as product owners to assess incident and problem trends impacting the business.  

Managing the application catalog for local and legacy technology solutions and environments, working to drive towards global platforms and capabilities as well as proper operational management will be key to your success.

To be successful, the candidate will need to have functional and technical expertise in SAP, particularly experience managing through implementation and integration of S/4 HANA, and associated change management activities. Your primary area of SAP expertise should be in Finance (SAP FICO & SAP Central Finance) and Corporate Functions, with a preferably some of knowledge in Supply Chain. Additional experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), transport management systems (TMS), and an understanding of the integration process is an additional bonus. Experience working with both B2B and B2C businesses considered a good add on. You will also need the ability to adapt quickly, learn new technologies and identify needed adaptations to meet local market needs.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

In this role, you will partner with cross functional teams to ensure that the technology needs are addressed. With that, you will manage the intake of new initiatives from our business partners in the Pacific territory, helping to assess them against strategic objectives and defined priorities.  In addition, as we deliver technology solutions you will play a critical role in assessing and determining the technical delivery and last mile approach in your market.

You will also ensure that the Nike Pacific Territory’s Corporate Functions and Supply Chain teams are supported by the required technology and that continuous improvement initiatives are being assessed, prioritized and implemented:

Analyse existing business process and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Track project progress against milestones. Coordinate testing and quality assurance to ensure functionality of implemented systems. Provide training and support to facilitate the adoption of new systems and processes Monitor system performance and gather feedback to identify opportunities for further optimisation Partner with the Production Support team to ensure that all the incidents are managed and resolved in a timely manner

WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?

Reporting to the Pacific Business Systems Analysis Manager. You will work within a team of experienced BSAs, together serving as experts of the local market and business needs and translating those insights into technical requirements for both local and global technology solutions. You will work closely with technical product, engineering, and production support organizations across the entire lifecycle of corporate functions and supply chain products.

You will partner with cross functional teams from Technology + Finance + Demand Supply Management + Logistics and Operations, to drive organizational goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant experience.

  • 5+ years of corporate functions, SAP FICO, SAP Central finance & supply chain technology experience with a strong business acumen, and desired experience working with both B2B & B2C business.

  • Strong functional and technical experience in SAP in a sophisticated environment, S/4 HANA implementation and configuration experience preferred.

  • Passion for SAP configuration, maintenance of integrations across multiple external applications.

  • Desired experience in warehouse management systems (WMS), preferably Manhattan, or transport management systems (TMS), preferably Centiro / BlueYonder.

  • An understanding of the integration process across multiple systems is greatly valued.

  • Business system analyst (BSA) experience with excellent analytical skills and ability to document business processes, translate business requirements into technical solution requirements.

  • A proven track record focused on operational excellence, with a keen understanding of the end-to-end lifecycle of technology products operating in your market.

  • Strong customer service approach, proactive, collaborative attitude, outstanding interpersonal skills and experience working with cross functional teams.

  • Self-motivated, with a high sense of accountability, urgency, and drive and ability to deal with ambiguity and work in a dynamic, results-oriented matrixed environment. Flexible & adaptable, ability to manage competing priorities.
