What will I be doing?
As a Business Analyst, you will join forces with other smart people (like Product Owners, fellow Business Analysts, Business SMEs) on our Operations Support Squad with accountability for the annual tax process and debit card management. You will have a keen focus on client notifications and developing consistent experiences that provide value to our customers. As a Business Analyst on this Squad, you deeply understand our customers and will work with extended teams to identify process improvements and efficiencies.
In addition, your role will also have a focus on process mapping, analyzing business needs, creating business requirements and stories, submitting changes requiring Developer work to our Bank Delivery Org, and recommending innovative low-tech solutions to help make the solution a reality. Then you start on the next challenge and do it again! If you thrive on this type of work - then we need your people-smarts and keen mind as a Business Analyst on our Operational Support Squad.

Salary range is expected to be between
$49,575.00 CAD - $82,625.00 CADIf you are applying for this role outside of the primary location, please contact [email protected] for the salary range for your location. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance.
