Your New Role…
The Director plays a key role in the strategic facilitation and project management of international campaigns for select theatrical titles. We are looking for a creative and digital-forward, organized individual with strong communication and collaboration skills who is passionate about the Entertainment business. This role will work with all three regions (EMEA, LATAM, and APAC) as well as internal stakeholders and co-distribution partners to drive marketing success.
Your Role Accountabilities…
Works with Senior Vice President of International Marketing in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns including strategy, creative direction and planning across all departments and disciplines. Along with SVP, communicates and develops key global strategies, timelines and presentations. Works collaboratively with other key departments in campaign planning and execution: digital, publicity, media, promotions, and research. Assist the team in managing the full workflow of a theatrical campaign, including initial big ideas generation, creative asset logistics, presentation preparation and campaign wrap-ups. Works closely with markets on the creative and digital campaign management – nuancing local cultural creatives and strategies to ensure global alignment, but also leave flexibility on specific local needs. Reviewing all assets from a creative and digital strategy perspective. Manages and oversees responsibilities executed by Manager/Sr. Administrator, including deadlines, reviewing market submissions and creative executions, routing assets through all internal stakeholder approvals. On occasion, works with all stakeholders (filmmakers or co-distribution partners) on strategy and creative approvals.
Qualifications & Experience…
8+ years previous experience in Marketing or Digital Marketing strongly preferred
3+ years previous experience in Creative Advertising or Agency experience preferred
Previous experience in International Marketing helpful
College degree in Advertising, Business, Marketing or English preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven efficient Excel and Word
Ability to work well under pressure and flexible to work late hours to meet deadlines, while keeping an eye on the details
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize workload efficiently and meet strict deadlines for complete tasks/assignments
Self-starter and able to initiate projects and solve problems effectively
Ability to identify and propose procedural efficiencies
Ability to delegate tasks and oversee Manager and Coordinator
Must be able to communicate effectively and tactfully with managers and all other levels of personnel
Ability to establish deadlines and structure in order to effectively complete the servicing of all advertising/publicity materials

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery’s total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $83,090.00 - $154,310.00 salary per year.
