Exercises significant independent judgment within broadly defined policies and practices to determine best method for accomplishing work and achieving objectives. May provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

 

Description/ Overview:

In Consumer PS GBU, we are driving the growth of partner business development and the monetization ecosystem. We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to join our Ecosystem Development and Monetization PMO team. This role will help us establish our ecosystem and enablement strategies to optimize customer engagement and experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Directs the delivery of internal projects/programs, typically encompassing large scale and complex projects, spanning single or multiple regions, presenting a high level of associated risk.

  • Maintains and nurtures relationships with stakeholders belonging to the upper levels within the organization.

  • Directs the project/program team, which includes both internal and external resources, typically consisting of over 10-20 individuals from cross countries and/or cross functional organizations.

  • As a key member in a PMO team, contributes to setting the direction for the program management discipline within the company by refining deliverable matrix & roadmap, business priorities, scope and timeline.

  • Contributes to a culture of delivery efficiency and excellence within the program management department.

  • Reviews the status of projects and budgets, while also managing schedules and preparing status reports.

  • Applies advanced subject matter knowledge, leads, and contributes to complex projects, and exercises independent judgment in resolving business issues and establishing policies.

  • Develops and builds productive internal/external working relationships and may provide mentoring and guidance to lower-level employees.

  • Specifics:

    • Manages multiple customer touchpoints and business enablement programs

    • Being a liaison between PMO and HP touchpoints partners

    • Leads the customer experience optimization and develops customer engagement mechanisms

    • Partners with the corporate compliance team to align the launch plan & strategy – i.e. Privacy, Cyber Security, Legal

 

Education and Experience Required

  • Four-year or Graduate Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.

  • Typically has 7-10 years of work experience, preferably in project/program management, HP Solution/Software/Services business units and with global projects, or a related field.

The base pay range for this role is $90,100 to $138,750 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
