What You'll Do:

  • Review, revise, and negotiate client and vendor agreements

  • Analyze contracts and advise executives on legal risks

  • Utilize contract management system to track, report on, and organize contracts

  • Assist in the development of contract templates that support organizational goals

  • Research and provide guidance on laws and regulations that affect business operations

  • Draft demand letters, notices, and other legal correspondence as needed

  • Identify insurance coverage issues and work with insurance to obtain COIs and report claims

  • Tenaciously, timely complete tasks

  • Adherence to empathy, accuracy, and precision

Education/Skills Required:

  • Juris Doctor, J.D.

  • OK Bar License or ability to obtain license shortly after hire

  • 1+ years of legal experience

  • Reviewing complex agreements

  • Advising on organizational action based on contractual or legislative requirements

  • Ability to clearly and concisely articulate complex legal concepts and terms in writing
