Position Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated Project Coordinator to join the Insulet Agile Delivery Office.  This position is responsible for the creation of integrated program roadmaps in partnership with the Program Managers. Additionally, this role will research and coordinate speakers for a multi-faceted training series that is offered to the CPXO and CTO organizations. The position will also be responsible for meeting coordination, presentation preparation, and event planning for all ADO town halls, quarterly PI planning meetings and other meetings as needed. This position will also provide platform administration support for our resource management process.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for partnering with the Program Managers to produce program/ product roadmap reports on a regular cadence
  • Coordinate and plan ADO learning series sessions (Lunch and Learns, Tech Talks, Design Controls series’)
  • Accountable for Clarity administrative support as needed
  • Responsible for creating the presentation decks for ADO Townhall meetings and other leadership team meetings
  • Administrative responsibilities to support ADO meetings, as needed
  • Coordination and support for PI planning activities; including, but not limited to room reservations, catering, kickoff presentation, coordinating demos, panel discussions, etc.
  • Execute project management administrative and tasks such as managing invoices, purchase orders and other documents as required
  • Assist project teams with administrative duties
  • Internal sharepoint site governance and access administration
  • Foster cross-team collaboration to help project team members complete project tasks and produce deliverables
  • Perform other duties as required

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Knowledgeable of the US and International Medical Device and Drug Delivery Regulations
     

Additional Information

  • The position can be remote, hybrid or in-person
  • Travel is estimated < 25% but will flex depending on business need

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $66,300.00 - $99,600.00. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in the primary work location in the US. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
