Summary: As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. You will ensure the smooth functioning of network infrastructures and provide technical support to resolve any issues that may arise. Your role will involve monitoring system performance, troubleshooting network problems, and implementing solutions to optimize network performance. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of services and contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Monitor network performance and troubleshoot network problems. - Implement solutions to optimize network performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient service delivery. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. - Strong understanding of network protocols and technologies. - Experience with network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. - Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. - Familiarity with network hardware and software components. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 7.5 years of experience in Network Infrastructures. - This position is based at our Gurugram office. - A BE degree is required.
