Implementation conversion analyst (SQL, Snow) : 1 - 3 Years Experience

About the team:

IBS SAS implementation team, provide supports and customize various IBS Sales & Service Suite business applications like IBS Deposit Origination and IBS Service Request Management (SRM) to meet the client needs.

What you will be doing:

• Seeking a qualified candidate possessing techno functional experience in Banking/financial domain.
• Knowledge of incident management tools like ServiceNow.
• The candidate must demonstrate sound Business Analysis skills such as gathering requirements and creating functional designs.
• The candidate should also have a good understanding of conditional logic (IF/ELSE/TRUE/FALSE)
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• The candidate should work with client facing Team and technical teams in resolving the issues and implementation activities.

What you will need:

• Building logic statements using conditions, loops, and functions.
• Basic Knowledge on Workflow enabled business process management (This is a plus)
• Strong fundamental knowledge in MS Excel.
• Basic Knowledge on SAP Business Objects (BO), XML and HTML.
• Understanding & experience working with Customer Service and Issue management Tools like ServiceNow.
• Basic knowledge on Mobile banking applications.
