We foster an inclusive culture and are looking for diverse, talented people to join Alcon. As a Senior Paralegal supporting Manufacturing and Technical Operations (MTO), you will be trusted to advance and protect Alcon’s legal interests by providing critical paralegal support.

 In this role, a typical day will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and editing legal documents (e.g., supply agreements, equipment manufacturing agreements, confidentiality agreements, business communications, etc.)
• Frequently interacting with business clients (both written and oral)
• Working independently with supervision as needed

WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
• 3 Years of Relevant Experience
• Prior experience as a paralegal
• Experience with contract management systems preferred
