Job Description Summary:

Please note: This is not a Remote role and will require the individual to be based in Atlanta, USA and follow a hybrid work schedule.

What You'll Do for Us

  • Lead Corporate DME (+$800M/year) financial stewardship by managing, tracking, analyzing, and communicating actuals, RE, and budget across the Global network, partnering closely with Operational Marketing Finance, Global Category Teams, Marketing Operations & Capabilities, and Tax.

  • Serve as primary finance owner for global DME Charges including Network , Marketing, Customer & Commercial and PACS Services (MCPS), and transformation DME.  Develop and maintain a comprehensive spend framework and coordinating all operational finance activities related to actuals, RE, and budget charge-out process.

  • Own DME data governance and quality for the Corporate segment, ensuring consistent standards, reliable outputs for business consumption, strong internal controls, and audit readiness in partnership with Platform Services and business stakeholders.

  • Act as key liaison and escalation lead with Category Finance Leads, Global Marketing, Global Finance, and Operating Units to align expectations, resolve issues efficiently, ensure service delivery, and drive continuous improvement.

  • Drive process standardization and performance management by partnering with the MSP to simplify and standardize global processes, tracking service levels and KPIs, benchmarking performance, and leading improvement actions.

  • Lead and develop a team of four Genpact associates, overseeing end‑to‑end delivery of plans/forecasts, variance analysis, financial system administration, and stakeholder communications.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • 8-10 years of solid related work experience leading business planning, financial planning and reporting, or management accounting areas involving influencing, communicating effectively, and managing the business needs across a varied group of business stakeholders.

  • Relevant involvement in change projects and initiatives.

  • Highly organized and detailed oriented.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to lead, prioritize, collaborate, and execute complex projects.

  • Virtual management across cultures and time zones.

  • Experience in a multinational company with a global footprint.

  • Strong demonstration of business acumen, financial competency, language fluency, global mindset, effective communication, systems proficiency, change adaptability, flexibility, being able to operate in ambiguous situations, business partnership and collaboration, and innovation.

$148,000 - $169,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
