What you’ll do  

• Assist in implementing tactical communication and engagement plans to implement successful finance business transformation for Go-to-Market ERP Migration scope across ERP programs 

• Assist in Building, Strategizing and Operationalizing an ERP consolidation model in Go-to Market ERPs, influencing the ERP program management and execution to maximize the business outcome and achieve the CFOs KPIs. 

• Assist in continuing solid legacy financial data analysis and clean up mechanism to ensure no incorrect data is migrated in the new strategic ERPs. 

• Assist the data conversions team members to monitor the as is/to be mapping and define mitigations against Business-critical financials risks. 

• Ensure the balance sheets accounts are supported by an adequate account reconciliation and back up documentation. 

• Ensure that the communication to the impacted audience is open through the entire project lifecycle. 

• Assist in gathering post implementation stabilization efforts by establishing and monitoring the right metrics to support the business users. 

What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college or equivalent knowledge or experience

• Experience in cross functional Finance role or in an ERP Finance role 

• Experience in dealing with complex accounting processes across the Power portfolio 

• Controllership background and solid ERPs knowledge.
