MUST HAVE:

  • A minimum of 4 years experience managing Native advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success managing $100k+ (USD) in monthly ad spend profitably.
  • Proven experience planning, strategizing, launching, and scaling end-to-end Native advertising campaigns across platforms.
  • Expertise in Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent, with proficiency in data analysis to inform campaign decisions.
  • Demonstrated ability to create winning ad creatives and copy for direct-response campaigns.

ROLE MISSION
You will be instrumental in driving the success of Launch Potato’s Native advertising campaigns across platforms like Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent while achieving exceptional return on ad spend (ROAS). In this role, you’ll pair compelling creative strategies with data-driven decision-making to optimize performance, enabling millions of new customers to discover financial solutions. 

OUTCOMES

  1. Campaign Performance: Successfully plan, launch, and scale campaigns with profitability, achieving at least a 1.2x ROAS across platforms.
  2. Creative Testing: Establish and maintain a testing cadence to refresh ad creatives, with a focus on optimizing CTR and CPA, and document results in a test log.
  3. Platform Expertise: Demonstrate proficiency in campaign setup, management, and optimization across Native platforms (Taboola, Outbrain, Revcontent), contributing actionable insights from auction performance and other key metrics.
  4. Process Improvement: Develop a Native advertising playbook, including best practices and optimization strategies, and deliver at least three recommendations for campaign or process enhancements.
  5. Team Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver fresh copy and creative assets on an agreed-upon cadence, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment on campaign goals.

  • Experience: At least 4 years managing Native advertising campaigns, with demonstrated success managing $100k+ (USD) in monthly ad spend profitably.
    • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Taboola, Outbrain, and Revcontent; strong Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data visualization tool skills (Looker, PowerBI, Tableau); familiarity with Canva or Photoshop for basic creative design.
    • Direct Response Expertise: Deep understanding of ROAS-driven marketing principles and experience designing ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
    • Industry Experience: Lead generation or direct-to-consumer performance marketing funnels.Landing Page Optimization: Proven track record of optimizing landing pages in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Competencies:
    • Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven optimizations independently.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to collaborate across teams and report on campaign performance effectively.
    • Attention to Detail: Impeccable attention to detail, particularly in campaign setup, QA processes, and creative reviews.

  • Experience within personal finance or fintech verticals.
