Caterpillar IT Chief of Staff
Role Definition:
Leads multiple consulting engagement modules to understand, analyze, develop and recommend Strategy & Planning (S&P) solutions as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of governance practitioners to set priorities and drive execution.
Leads multiple analyses and solution development for key S&P engagement module(s) as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
Performs more complex activities.
Works closely with clients to define the business problem, issues and planned approach for one or more S&P engagement components as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
Oversees performance of S&P engagement data collection, research and reporting activities and staff as a divisional lead or for a business segment. Coaches junior team members and clients.
Provides recommended S&P solutions for multiple initiatives. Works with senior consultants / managers to develop and deliver client presentations as a divisional lead or for a business segment.
Degree Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Summary Pay Range:
$165,960.00 - $248,880.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
