What you’ll be doing:
  • A Technical Care Specialist is our top-level of technical support within Guardian’s Care and Monitoring Operations team.
  • You will assist both customers and fellow employees when your expertise is needed to help diagnose security systems, cameras and home automation, making it easy for those you support.
  • With the advanced training and materials that will be provided, you will be an integral part in resolving customer questions and reducing unnecessary service calls for the company.
  • Be an advocate for safety. Educate customers on products and services making recommendations on the right solutions for their needs and promoting sales.
  • Support an ever-changing industry that is fueled by technology.
