Under routine supervision, this position is responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and resolving problems for our drivers, contractors, and/or carriers. This position requires you to have exceptional proactive communication skills with internal and external customers including resolving issues with timely pick up and delivery, check calls, activity documentation, and overall promoting a professional workplace attitude in a fast paced environment. This position acts as a team lead amongst peers, helps train, and helps answer small escalations, as well as advise and guide as new dispatchers come on.Job Description:

High School Diploma or GED equivalent and 1-2 years of transportation, customer service, or other relevant experience

Compensation:
Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include skills, education, experience, geography, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position may be eligible for annual bonus and incentives based on profitability or volumes in accordance with the terms of the Company’s bonus and incentive plans, as applicable and in effect from time to time.
