To help Mainers stay safe and warm, the Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), provides money to help eligible homeowners and renters in Cumberland County pay for a portion of their annual heating expenses.
The HEAP Support Specialist is a combination of the Receptionist and Intake Specialist positions. This is an administrative support position for the HEAP program. This position contributes to the accomplishment of The Opportunity Alliance mission through provision of administrative and technical functions of program process and project workflow from client intake through delivery of program services.
Schedule: This is a full-time, 40-hours/week position. M-F, regular business hours.
Location: Portland, ME. This position will be fully onsite, in person supporting the office flow.
