Lead Veterinary Surgeon.
Location: 500 Uxbridge Road, Pinner, Middlesex, HA5 4SL.
Hours: Full time, No OOH.
Practice: Blythwood Vets Hatch End.
Blythwood Vets has an exciting new opportunity for a Lead Veterinary Surgeon at their small animal branch surgery in Hatch End.
We are looking for an experienced candidate to further develop and expand our current veterinary team. The individual will be responsible for working closely with the Hatch End site’s lead veterinary nurse in leading and supporting their veterinary team. The ideal candidate would be confident consulting, have excellent communication skills and good surgical and diagnostic skills.
Key responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of clinical care of their own and within the business; understanding, utilising, and assisting in developing their team’s clinical skills to maximise provisions and level of service, and support in training and mentoring of the veterinary team. They will also be expected to inspire and motivate the team; collaborate and effectively communicate with team members and build and maintain lasting relationships with clients and their fellow colleagues.

Salary Value:£80,000 per annum;
