The Opportunity:

 

Join CACI as Collection & Billing Analyst within the Finance & Accounting team located in our Enterprise Services Center in Oklahoma City.  You will work with other dynamic business units such as Project Managers, Operational Accountants, etc. You will be working in tandem with these collaborative teams toward a shared goal:  CACI’s ability to provide solutions and services in support of national security missions and government transformation for Intelligence, Defense, and Federal Civilian Customer.


Responsibilities:

  • Use of Costpoint financial accounting system to create project invoices.

  • Assist in resolving invoice payment issues.

  • Use of Costpoint financial accounting system to record cash receipts and create re-classes and refunds in accordance with CACI standards and policies.

  • Manage Accounts Receivable portfolio by maintaining and tracking the status of invoices.

  • Support of internal, external and government audits as required.

  • Execution of SOX controls related to Accounts Receivable and Billing process.

  • Provide advice, training, and guidance to less experienced employees.

  • Ability to meet or exceed deadlines and prioritize your work accordingly.

  • Key contributor with project team for collection and billing issues.

  • Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms: email, video calls, conference calls, etc.

  • Ability to use COGNOS and Excel on an intermediate level.

  • Be on alert for continuous improvement opportunities with the department process.

  • Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.


Qualifications:
Required: 

  • Typically has a bachelor’s degree or associate/Vocational/Technical education or equivalent work experience.

  • 1+ years of professional experience.

  • Accounting background with AR and/or Billing experience.

  • Familiarity with accounting principles including journal entries.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel.


Desired:

  • Knowledge of government accounting.

  • Familiarity with PowerBi, Python, Power Automate, etc.

  • Experience working with government customers.

  • Experience working in Costpoint, WAWF (PIIE), IPP, MPO, COGNOS, etc.

  • Knowledge of government contracts: CPFF, FFP, T&M.

  • Skilled in communicating professionally in all platforms including email, video calls, etc.

  • Work independently and with the team to meet objectives.

  • Ability to identify root cause and solve problems.

  • Must pass a credit check and background check.

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$35,776 - $71,100
