What would you do? The Sales Enablement Excellence role is responsible for enabling COMPANY’s Sales and Sales Operations teams with effective, relevant, and high impact marketing-related sales enablement content. The role acts as a strategic bridge between Marketing Campaign teams and Sales Enablement stakeholders, ensuring that campaign assets are adapted, optimized, and continuously improved based on structured customer and sales feedback.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Enablement Coordination & Alignment
• Coordinate closely with COMPANY’s Sales Enablement team to understand business priorities, sales motions, and requirements for marketing-related sales enablement content.
• Establish a regular engagement cadence to ensure alignment on evolving sales needs, enablement priorities, and market feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between Campaign teams and Sales Enablement stakeholders to support consistent and timely delivery of enablement assets.
2. Development of Marketing Related Sales Enablement Content
• Develop and adapt marketing-related sales enablement content by leveraging existing Campaign materials, ensuring suitability for Sales and Sales Operations use cases (e.g., pitch decks, talking points, value propositions).
• Tailor campaign content to support different stages of the sales lifecycle, considering regional, segment, and channel-specific requirements.
• Ensure all adapted content aligns with COMPANY brand, messaging, and governance standards.
What are we looking for? 3. Customer & Sales Feedback Capture
• Capture structured feedback from Sales and Sales Operations teams on the effectiveness, relevance, and usability of marketing-related sales enablement content on a defined cadence.
• Consolidate and qualify feedback in collaboration with COMPANY to ensure clarity, relevance, and prioritization.
• Provide documented feedback inputs to Marketing and Campaign teams to inform enablement and optimization decisions.
4. Campaign Optimization & Continuous Improvement
• Incorporate approved feedback from COMPANY into Campaign design and optimization activities, as instructed by COMPANY. [Job Descri...Excellence | Word]
• Support continuous improvement of enablement assets by ensuring alignment between Campaign strategy and real-world sales usage.
• Partner with Campaign and Enablement teams to track improvements in adoption, usability, and sales impact.
Key Skills & Competencies
• Strong understanding of Sales Enablement and Marketing collaboration models
• Experience adapting marketing campaign assets for sales-facing use cases
• Ability to manage structured feedback loops and translate insights into actionable improvements
• Strong stakeholder management across Sales, Sales Operations, and Marketing teams
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex campaign messaging for sales audiences
• Process-driven mindset with attention to governance, approvals, and alignment

Experience & Qualifications
• Experience in Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, or Campaign Enablement roles
• Demonstrated experience working with enterprise Sales and Sales Operations teams
• Familiarity with campaign execution, optimization, and feedback-driven improvement models
• Experience working in complex, matrixed, global environments preferred
