ROLE SUMMARY

  • This position is responsible for supporting the performance and management of the designated products/portfolio(Lung cancer) by developing strategies, brand plans and executing key initiatives. Also, she/he will support to lead and support the go-to-market strategy and new launch strategy based on clear understanding of the business objectives and the healthcare environment.
  • This position directly reports to Oncology TA Lead and closely works with Oncology Marketing Lead, Lung cancer Sr. Brand manager, and cross functional team (e.g. Sales, Medical, H&V, RA, etc)

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist Brand Planning & Implementation

— Support to develop & execute operating plan & brand plan for the designated brands/portfolio

— Ensures effective implementation of promotional plans to achieve desired business outcomes

— Lead and support launch strategy of new pipeline including optimal positioning and access strategy

Data analysis & tracking

— Analyzes and interprets market intelligence from a range of sources including market research and derives the implications from the analysis to conduct optimal marketing strategy

— Updates key performance index by utilizing multiple data sources

Work with Field Force

  • Works effectively with field force to develop, implement and monitor strategies to achieve goals

Cross-divisional Teamwork

  • Understands the interdependence of cross-functional teams and work effectively with key stakeholders

Expense Management

— Demonstrates sound financial planning skill to manage expenses

Sales Forecasting

  • Assesses and understands the competitive pharmaceutical market and proactively identify opportunities in sales goals that are aligned with the corporate objectives

QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preferably 1-2 years or above marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • Strong strategic, analytical and communication skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written both Korean & English
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills
