About the Position:

A Recruiter is responsible for managing the initial stages of the Clinician on Assignment (COA) recruitment process for a Strategic Business Unit (SBU). This role is responsible for building a robust talent pipeline and navigating the seamless transition from candidate identification to hire.

What You’ll Do:

  • Participate in planning with team leadership to identify recruiting and sales strategies, client needs, and methods that will achieve the highest order fill rates. 
  • Provide input on the enhancement of systems, process flow, or benefits. 
  • Leverage the company database to further expand the network of qualified candidates through referrals and other channels. 
  • Utilize various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to source potential candidates. 
  • Create and post job descriptions and advertisements to attract a diverse pool of candidates. 
  • Conduct interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. 
  • Identify candidates' critical success factors by utilizing effective interview techniques, including behavioral and situational questions. 
  • Qualify candidates for open positions and submit to client facilities per submission guidelines. 
  • Manage the submission, interview, offer, negotiation, closing, and all administrative components involved in recruiting. 
  • Strategize with account managers to maximize interviews and offers, resulting in a higher submission-to-placement ratio. 
  • Negotiate all components of the candidate’s package while being mindful of individual and team gross margin goals. 
  • Extend offers of employment on behalf of the strategic business unit (SBU) to selected clinicians under the direction of the client facility and SBU leadership. 
  • Maintain strong communication with candidates via phone and email from the initial application to placement.  
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). 
  • Stay informed on industry trends, innovative recruiting techniques, and competitor information to remain competitive in sales. 
  • Recommend enhanced recruitment strategies and new approaches to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the department. 

What You’ll Bring:

  • Two years of healthcare recruiting experience; experience recruiting within the federal space preferred. 
  • Possess an overall knowledge of business functions and understanding of services, business strategy, policies and procedures, and job’s impact to the organization. 
  • Work with electronic hardware and software applications specific to the role. 
  • Work independently, see business needs and proactively accomplish them for the betterment of their team and the organization.  
  • Analyze work, set goals, develop plans of action, utilize time.  
  • Proactively obtain and share information tailored to the audience. 
  • Attend to the needs and expectations of customers. 
  • Affect or change others' positions and opinions. 
  • Engage effectively in dialogue. 

Salary: $55,000
