As a key member of the Customer Program Management Team, we are looking for a senior Program Management professional who will be responsible for leading customer relations as well as technical/operational program execution for some of our most important partners.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement strategies for the seamless integration of complex cloud software stacks, from initial evaluation to customer acceptance and production deployment.

  • Lead project execution by scoping projects, assembling support teams, facilitating project kick-offs, developing timelines, and ensuring timely customer acceptance.

  • Translate customer requirements into actionable tasks, prioritize and assign tasks to relevant teams, and drive issue resolution to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Effectively communicate issue status to both customers and internal teams, including executives, and organize technical discussions to resolve complex issues.

  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, and sales teams to resolve technical issues, manage project scope, and ensure successful project execution.

  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills across diverse functional teams, representing the urgency of issues and escalating as necessary.

What We Need to See:

  • BS/MS in Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience) with 12+ years of experience in high-tech electronics, focusing on program/project management.

  • Proven experience in managing significant and complex software engagement programs, especially with strategic customers with large datacenter deployments.

  • Strong technical savvy, including software qualification and deployment for datacenters, along with a deep understanding of cloud development/deployment and/or OEM environments.

  • Demonstrated leadership skills across broad functional teams, with a history of successful project/program management of software product solutions.

  • Experience leading global projects and managing multiple customers and programs across worldwide geographies and time zones.

Ways to Stand Out from the crowd:

  • Demonstrated success with over 5 years of experience in customer success roles within the Cloud/SaaS industry

  • Experience in graphics and/or cloud datacenter development/deployment is desirable.

  • Ability to define and execute complex program schedules with an intimate understanding of dependencies, critical paths, and deliverables.

  • Consistent record of handling multiple customers and programs across different geographies and time zones.

The base salary range is 188,000 USD - 299,000 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
