The Opportunity

The Product Research & Proposition is responsible for providing life insurance solutions to Bank's clients. He/she will work in coordination with branch sales and service teams; thus, we are looking for a dynamic individual, who has an independent mindset and the drive to succeed.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Lead product ideation, concept, and prototyping by conducting desktop research, competitive intelligence, customer segmentation, and design sprints.
  • Lead the product concept testing by conducting customer and distribution testing through FGDs, Surveys, Face to face-to-face interviews, and other methods.
  • Scope the life insurance market to identify commercial opportunities and trends.
  • Lead the development of product sales tools such as financial needs analysis, presentation materials, etc.
  • Assist the Chief Product Officer in sizing the opportunity by looking at industry trends, past customer behaviors, partner strategy, and sales forecasts.
  • Work closely with relevant business units involved in the development cycle and provide proper communication, accurate information, and training.
  • Work closely with Product Marketing to ensure customer materials are consistent with product specifications.

Nice to have:

  • 3-5 years experience in Insurance, Banking, Wealth Management, or Personal Finance.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills in English (Khmer preferred)
  • Experience with Cross-Functional Project Management initiatives
  • Able to clearly articulate product narrative and able to do compelling product storytelling.
  • Demonstrate initiative, commitment, and ability to navigate through ambiguous tasks.
  • Display leadership potential and are active in extra-curricular activities.
