We are looking for a highly skilled Cash Flow Lead to lead Hercules 2.0 Program to contribute to a significant improvement of Working Capital into FY25..

The Hercules Cash Lead plays a critical role with high visibility within the organization. It demands a highly dynamic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintain detailed cash flow forecast to ensure the company’s liquidity is managed efficiently.

This role involves data modelling for decision-making, financial analysis, executive communication and presentation skills and a comprehensive understanding of HP’s business and financial statements.

Responsibilities:

  • Cash tracking for Fiscal Year’25 Working Capital Improvement Program [ called Hercules 2.0]

  • Define a governance and engagement model for Hercules 2.0 to include all stakeholders from DOI/DPO and DSO.

  • Various Cash Flow Scenario Modeling to assess the impact of potential business decisions on cash flow targets.

  • Liquidity assessments for Extended Payment Program and reporting via TMO [ Transformation Management Office]

  • ROI analysis for alternative inventory models

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data for cash flow tracking purposes

  • Analize and interpret financial data to identify trends, risk and opportunities.

  • Prepare, deliver and articulate complex financial insights and cash flow forecast to senior management in a concise, effective manner.

  

Education and Experience Required:

  • First level university degree with a focus in business or economics; advanced degree or accounting certification (e.g., CFA, MBA) strongly preferred.

  • Typically, 10+ years of experience as a financial analyst.

  • Excellent understanding of Cash Conversion Cycle, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Statement.

  • Typically experienced in a variety of finance functions.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey financial insights.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Data analytics or data science proven experience is a plus.

The base pay range for this role is $102,500 to $157850 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to US candidates only).  Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
