Adobe is seeking a visionary leader to spearhead data and AI transformation within our Enterprise Marketing organization. This role is a rare opportunity to redefine how Adobe engages B2B buyers — leveraging the full power of our Enterprise product portfolio and next-generation AI and data capabilities to accelerate growth, efficiency, and customer impact.

As a champion of “Adobe on Adobe” in EMEA, you will bridge global marketing teams, campaign and platform operations, product marketing, and product teams to drive innovation, streamline execution, and showcase what’s possible when Adobe’s own technology powers Adobe’s marketing.

With a dual focus on innovation and operational integration, you’ll help marketers adopt generative and agentic AI, build a future-ready data foundation, and embed AI-driven decisioning and modeling into everyday marketing practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Data & AI program portfolio for Enterprise Marketing — setting strategy, governance, and execution priorities.

  • Future-proof Adobe’s data foundation to enable scalable AI adoption, including metadata strategy, taxonomy alignment, and data quality initiatives.

  • Integrate ML and AI modeling (e.g., propensity, engagement, and content recommendation models) directly into Adobe marketing workflows and products.

  • Drive AI literacy and enablement across the global marketing organization — championing the use of Adobe’s AI-first products such as Firefly, Acrobat Studio, GenStudio, and others.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Campaign Capabilities and Experience Cloud teams to pilot and scale new data, AI, and agentic capabilities within Adobe’s marketing ecosystem.

  • Act as regional evangelist for “Adobe on Adobe” — showcasing success stories and influencing internal and external stakeholders across EMEA.

  • Collaborate with global and regional leadership to measure impact and continuously improve marketing performance, efficiency, and innovation velocity.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in data-driven marketing, marketing technology, or digital transformation, ideally within large-scale B2B enterprises.

  • Deep expertise with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and associated applications (e.g., Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO)) and AI/ML modeling for marketing applications.

  • Proven ability to translate complex data and AI capabilities into marketing outcomes that drive growth, efficiency, and personalization.

  • Demonstrated success leading cross-functional global programs — bridging marketing, product, and operations teams.

  • Strong evangelism and storytelling skills; able to inspire teams and senior stakeholders to adopt new ways of working.

  • Experience operating within or across EMEA markets; comfortable navigating regional nuances and global alignment.
