About the Role

工作职责：

• 通过对市场及同业基本法研究、队伍发展模式前瞻性研究，持续升级基本法并推广；
• 增员主体经营，搭建主管晋级体系、总监经营体系，设立相应的季度经营目标及运作机制，推动分公司有效落地实施；
• 人力发展研究分析（市场，行业等），不断优化及创新增员政策和举措并进行落地推广；
• 增员品牌宣传推广，增员活动平台搭建并持续升级，增员专家持续赋能分公司；
• 增员概貌和流程管理，增员品质及合规管理。

岗位要求：

• 大学本科以上，金融、管理、保险专业优先；
• 10年以上行业工作经验，6年以上增员管理经验或营销员渠道团队管理经验；
• 策略规划，前瞻力；项目管理，洞察力；高效沟通与影响力；团队管理与辅导能力；
• 较强的语言、文字驾驭能力、数据分析能力。
