Role Purpose

The Facilities Manager (FM) is responsible for overseeing all aspects of facilities services as outlined in the contract's scope of work. Reporting to senior management, the FM will be accountable for service delivery at specified locations, measured by contractual KPIs or SLAs. The role involves ensuring client and tenant satisfaction across assigned properties.


 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage communication with site leadership teams
  • Prepare and present business reviews to clients
  • Oversee procurement of goods and services
  • Liaise with landlords to ensure lease compliance
  • Conduct space planning and management
  • Meet contractual KPIs and SLAs
  • Manage projects during build-out phases
  • Supervise maintenance of building systems and landscapes
  • Control budgets, process invoices, and manage financial forecasts
  • Negotiate and maintain vendor contracts
  • Oversee safety compliance and emergency preparedness
  • Manage facilities staff and coordinate with service providers

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in facilities management within a large commercial organization • Knowledge of facilities contracts and supplier management
  • Familiarity with relevant legislation and industry standards
  • Fluency in local language and English
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in IT systems and software
  • Experience in project management and financial planning
  • Customer-focused with cultural awareness
