Job Summary:

As an AI Workflow Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI workflows that streamline the customer process and actions. You will work closely with customers and AI Services Engineers and other cross-functional teams to ensure that AI workflows are built rapidly based on the customer requirement. Your work will involve automating repetitive tasks, optimizing resource utilization, and ensuring the scalability and robustness of AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Workflow Design & Automation:
    • Design and implement robust standard and custom AI workflows that cover data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, deployment, and monitoring.
    • Automate repetitive tasks in the AI lifecycle to enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention.
    • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for AI models, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Collaboration & Integration:
    • Collaborate with Delivery leaders,  AI service engineers and Project Managers to understand workflow requirements and challenges.
    • Integrate AI workflows with data pipelines, cloud platforms, and other enterprise systems to ensure smooth actions
    • Facilitate collaboration between different teams to ensure alignment and consistency in AI deployment practices.
  • Performance Optimization:
    • Monitor and optimize AI workflows to ensure efficiency, scalability, and reliability.
    • Identify bottlenecks in the AI workflow and implement solutions to enhance performance.
  • Documentation & Compliance:
    • Document workflow processes, configurations, and best practices to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding of new team members.
    • Ensure that AI workflows comply with internal standards, industry regulations, and best practices for security and data privacy.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement:
    • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in AI and workflow automation.
    • Proactively suggest improvements to existing workflows and explore new tools and methodologies.
    • Participate in code reviews, knowledge-sharing sessions, and team meetings to foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field with 4+ years of experience
  • Experience:
    • Engineering background (preferably in programming/mathematics)
    • Analytical and out of the box thinking
    • Excellent communication skills, honesty & hard work.
    • Strong programming and debugging skills in JavaScript.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficiency in JavaScript and REST APIs; Java and Python is a plus.
    • Strong knowledge of security standards (e.g OAuth, JWT) to develop and debug third-party application integrations.
    • Strong understanding of HTTP methods and how data is exchanged between systems
    • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Knowledge of data engineering practices and familiarity with ETL pipelines.
    • Strong understanding of version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to learning and implementing new technologies.
