Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Cost Planning and reporting of the Annual Operating Plan, Forecasts & Long-range strategic plans, Quarterly results for various Star & Disney India businesses
• Analyse, understand, and present operational results based on key drivers versus AOP / Forecast
• Creating / Improvising financial models / tools capturing Key Drivers across businesses
• Prepare periodical dashboards and presentations for management reviews
• Ensure accuracy & timely sharing of financial information
• Continuous improvement in Data compilation, forecasting and related processes
• Partnering with Business Finance teams with the aim to improve / streamline workflows
• Automation and efficiency in existing processes

Qualifications:

• CA with 4-6 years of experience

Skills Required:

• Proficiency in Excel and Power point presentations
• Experience with using Hyperion Planning is a must
• Energetic and Zeal to learn
• Go getter who can make things happen given the stiff timelines
• Eye for detail
• Have his/her own point of view
