THE TEAM
The mission of the Digital Product Management Department is to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and manage our digital products that deliver differentiated experiences to our clients.

In this role, you will shape and deliver solutions while leveraging agile methodologies and fostering an exciting, unified, and high-performing work environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners in Digital Design, Frontend & Backend Technology, Data & Analytics, User Research, A/B Optimization, and more to deliver customer and company value across our channels (which may include web, app, omni-channel or digital marketing). At Aritzia, we provide market-leading compensation packages designed to reward impact through our pay-for-performance philosophy.
The range for roles at this level is $100,000–$300,000 per year. Total compensation may include base, bonus and/or equity depending on the role, which has the potential to be greater than this range.
