As a hands-on product leader, you’ll translate strategy into execution, bringing to life capabilities like authentication, enrollment, and early lifecycle engagement. You’ll partner closely with marketing, technology, and business teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful member experience from day one. We’re seeking candidates located in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Arizona, or Texas, with a strong preference for those in the Greater Seattle area. Team members based in Seattle typically work onsite at our Tukwila office on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Drive Onboarding Product Execution: You’ll own and execute the roadmap for onboarding and access experiences, ensuring timely delivery of high-impact capabilities across login, authentication, and enrollment journeys.
  • Deliver Member-Centric Experiences: You’ll design and launch onboarding capabilities such as digital card issuance, wallet integrations, and account onboarding flows that create seamless first impressions for members.
  • Translate Strategy into Action: You’ll partner with leadership to bring strategic vision to life, breaking it down into actionable plans, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: You’ll work closely with marketing, technology, and vendor partners to align messaging, experiences, and delivery, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage Technology & Integrations: You’ll guide integrations with origination platforms, open banking systems, and supporting technologies, enabling scalable and modern onboarding solutions.
  • Use Data to Drive Decisions: You’ll define KPIs, track performance, and leverage insights to continuously improve onboarding effectiveness, activation rates, and early lifecycle engagement.
  • Champion the Voice of the Member: You’ll incorporate member feedback and behavioral insights into product decisions, ensuring experiences are intuitive, valuable, and aligned with member needs.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Execution: You’ll align stakeholders across business, risk, compliance, and operations to deliver outcomes while navigating complexity and competing priorities.

  • Optimize Performance & Outcomes: You’ll monitor product performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and refine the roadmap based on results and learnings.

This isn’t just about ticking off tasks on a list. It's about making a significant, positive change in BECU’s journey, where your contributions are valued, and your growth is continually fostered.
