Job Summary:

Continuous outreach to our PDP members, effectively serving as a senior hybrid sales and service representative, leveraging their experience in handling a broad range of questions, reactions; sensitive to the member confusion of the auto assignment processes and turning any frustration or confusion to as a gateway to building rapport and trust

Conduct high volume daily Outbound  (100 – 200 per day) to effectively contact and educate our PDP members on the added benefits that a Medicare Advantage plan offers above and beyond OMO (Traditional Medicare) offers

Main Accountabilities: 

  • Conduct high volume daily Outbound  (100 – 200 per day) to effectively contact and educate our PDP members on the added benefits that a Medicare Advantage plan offers above and beyond OMO (Traditional Medicare) offers

  • Provide an excellent consumer experience for all callers and be passionate about helping the senior community

  • Effectively serving as a senior hybrid sales and service representative, leveraging their experience in handling a broad range of questions, reactions; sensitive to the member confusion of the auto assignment processes and turning any frustration or confusion to as a gateway to building rapport and trust

  • Ensuring the highest degree of Compliance consciousness throughout conducting the members’ needs analysis, guiding them through OMO vs. Medicare Advantage differences to policy selection and enrollment as appropriate

  • Consistently successful in strengthening customer focus, and improving sales yield; collaborate with Supervisor and QA department to identify client success training areas of improvement, while creating and implementing solutions 

  • Ensuring that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly targets and KPI targets are met, by client success employees.

  • Proactively partners with cross functional leads and distribution owners. mine most effective opportunities to generate sales/leads Foster and nurture various community-based relationships within assigned areas; understand the covered benefits, non-covered benefits, exclusions, and exemptions. Keep informed and adhere to current CMS Marketing guidelines 

  • Success for this individual is defined by the effectiveness

  • Consistent Outbound dialing in conjunction to always leaving a voice message, rapidly responding to callbacks, serving as an infectiously positive team member celebrating other success. They possess and inculcate a high degree of compliance consciousness across all agents. 

  • Within 30 days consistently averaging 1-2 conversion sales per day; 100% HRA completion.

  • Maintaining a servant leadership mindset and attitude, the importance of high service and support to our member base, patiently and confidently following the expected sales cycle and never pushing for the sale in a way potential to become a Grievance

  • Drive continuous improvement throughout the virtual sales floor, raising opportunities for improvement to management in support of the team.

Requirements: 

  • 5+ years of experience with the Senior population with a Health System, Carrier, or related

  • 1+ years of experience in PDP to MAPD Outbound Conversion Campaigns

  • Excellent working knowledge of MARx and/or ChangeHealthcare, Five9, Genesys, or other Enterprise Telephony Stack

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Ability to lift up to forty pounds 

  • License/Certification:

  • Valid driver's license (Required)

  • Accident and Health Licensing as required by prospective states (Required)
