Who you are:

As a Central Associate Advisor, you will be responsible for the servicing of smaller Frost Brokerage accounts. You enjoy interacting with clients and look forward to answering questions regarding what actions they could take given your investment advice. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind. 

What you’ll do:

  • Service existing small accounts (generally less than $50,000 in assets) within Frost Brokerage
  • Assist house account customers as needed, providing investment recommendations based on client risk tolerance, goals, objectives, and preferences
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of systems that provide financial advice to customers; answer questions from clients regarding what actions they could take given this investment advice
  • Communicate with house account customers to facilitate the buying or selling of appropriate mutual funds, stocks, bonds, and annuities. Monitor and execute trades
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

What you’ll need:

  • 2+ years Investment Services experience, or an equivalent combination of relevant education and experience
  • FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; or, FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses; or, the ability to obtain necessary licenses within 120 days.
  • General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO Insurance or the ability to obtain within 90 days.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
