About the role
As a Lead Engineer at Xero working in the Salesforce ecosystem; you'll be a role model for engineering excellence, supporting your team to grow their technical capability and improve development practices.
This is an hands-on, "on the tools" role. You'll be expected to take ownership of the technical direction for the product group, helping grow our cross functional environment by identifying technical gaps, promoting capability growth, and championing & demonstrating modern principles and practices.
You will work with Customer Platform leadership, sharing ownership of the overall Salesforce platform from a technical and architectural perspective, while working as a trusted advisor on innovative product discovery initiatives with our Product team and stakeholders.
