Position Purpose: Oversee and manage daily activities related to delegated vendors monitoring and oversight. Ensure compliance with government and contractual guidelines, the mission, philosophy and objectives of the business unit

  • Act as a resource to delegated vendors regarding contract and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the compliance department for dissemination of new or revised requirements applicable to the delegated vendors
  • Implement reporting for delegated activities by vendor. Monitor for vendors adherence to performance metrics and contractual requirements
  • Recommend and implement corrective actions plans to satisfy regulatory requirements
  • Develop and ensure completion of corrective action plans by vendor
  • Act as primary liaison between the business unit and delegated vendor to identify and ensure business and regulatory requirements are being met
  • Ensure timely receipt of accurate and complete reporting for all regulatory and contractually required reports for the delegated vendors
  • Oversee the integration of vendor performance
  • Ensure vendor performance improvement plans and corrective action plans are initiated and completed as expected
  • Manage the evaluation, review, negotiations and ongoing drafting of product specific contracts and amendments between clients, vendors and other contracts

This position is open to someone working remotely anywhere in the Unites States, but it will require a small amount of travel for internal team meetings, potentially once/quarter.

Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration, related field or equivalent experience. 5+ years of vendor management, contract drafting and legal research experience. Health care government programs or related experience. Knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations preferred.

Pay Range: $84,300.00 - $151,700.00 per year
